Job description
Crusoe is seeking an Employee Relations Manager for a fully onsite role at the San Francisco, CA office. You will handle internal investigations, provide discreet support to employees and managers, and collaborate with Legal and People Operations to ensure fair outcomes across the workforce.
You will also help train managers, track cases for consistency, and stay informed on federal employment law and Colorado requirements, while periodically traveling as needed.
