What You Bring

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced, service-oriented healthcare settings

Proven organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands

Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 25 lbs. and working in clinical environments

Nice to Have:

Associate’s degree

CRCST certification or interest in obtaining certification

Prior experience supporting surgical equipment or medical devices

What Will Make You Successful

A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong, respectful relationships across clinical teams

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure surgical environments

A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support

Technical curiosity and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to advanced medical technologies

Effective communication skills that ensure clarity, accuracy, and confidence in all interactions

Why KARL STORZ?
