Our client in Laurel, MD is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Finance to lead accounting and finance operations for a growing government contractor. You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, compliance, payroll, and team leadership while partnering with the CFO and executive management.
The role offers exposure to FAR, DFARS, DCAA, CAS and external audits, with a path to broader executive leadership.
