Job description
Trellis Supportive Care in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a full-time, exempt Human Resources Director to lead core HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, engagement, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.
This onsite, hands-on role partners with managers to resolve complex workplace issues, own the performance review process, payroll administration, compensation, and HRIS.
