Job description
Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. seeks a Security Dispatcher to support emergency response operations at Mass General Brigham.
You will receive and respond to emergency calls, gather and assess critical information, and triage incidents to determine the appropriate response level. You will provide clear instructions to security personnel and medical staff, dispatch responders, and coordinate communication between security, clinical teams, and external emergency services.
