Taylor Management Company is seeking an experienced Community Manager for an oceanfront high-rise condominium Association. This onsite role requires leading daily operations, supporting the Board, and delivering responsive service in a busy seasonal community.
Responsibilities include overseeing staff and vendors, coordinating maintenance and projects, and keeping the Board informed of priorities. The schedule is onsite, with seasonal shifts and holidays. Salary is $110k per year.
