Job description
Olin is hiring an HR Business Partner to strengthen organizational effectiveness across Clayton, MO, and East Alton, IL, with travel between sites as needed. The role focuses on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and HR compliance.
The HRBP will partner with leaders to drive engagement, safety culture, and operational support, while guiding managers through performance reviews and implementing development initiatives. ITAR considerations apply where applicable.
