Job description
Genesiscareers is seeking a People Strategy Partner to lead retention initiatives across a pod of nursing centers in the local community. The role requires daily travel to assigned centers, working on-site to coach leadership, reduce turnover, and build a thriving culture where staff feel seen and valued.
