TJM Property Management, Inc is hiring a Human Resources Director for a Pinellas County Senior Living Community in Pinellas County, FL onsite. The role supports a people-first workplace by overseeing HR services, policies, and programs that help employees grow while also reinforcing a safe, well-supported environment for residents.
You will guide and manage the community’s overall HR function, ensuring programs are compliant, organized, and responsive to daily operations.
