Job description
ITT Inc. is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR at the Orchard Park, NY site. This hands‑on role partners with site leadership, Operations, and employees to drive HR processes and practical solutions. The HRBP will coach, develop, and support a growing manufacturing workforce.
The role reports to the Executive Director, Control Technologies HRBP, and will participate in broad HR projects and site initiatives. This is a site‑based leadership position with one direct report.
