A leading workforce solutions provider is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for a manufacturing facility in Walla Walla, WA. This role involves leading HR operations, supporting recruitment and performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and at least 5 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in the manufacturing sector. Competencies in employee relations and knowledge of Washington State labor law are preferred. This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 annually.
