Job description
SendCutSend Inc. is seeking an HR Site Manager to act as the primary onsite HR partner at an assigned location, guiding day-to-day HR activities and partnering with site leadership to implement workforce planning and retention initiatives.
You will collaborate with Corporate HR on employee relations, leave, recruitment, onboarding, and training, while maintaining confidentiality and a high‑performing workplace. Occasional quarterly travel to Reno, NV for strategy sessions is required.
