Job description
Amazon’s Rural, Super Rural (RSR) PXT team seeks an HR Partner to support HR operations, improve employee experiences, and coach leaders on PXT practices onsite at Amazon facilities. You’ll build partnerships, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive engagement initiatives across sites in North America.
You’ll leverage data tools to monitor attrition, attendance, and sentiment while facilitating standard HR processes, escalations, and problem solving with senior team members.
