Job description
Carey International Group, LLC in College Station, TX is seeking a People & Culture Partner to support employees and managers across our 24/7 manufacturing operation. You will handle employee relations, coaching, performance management and compliance while partnering with Paychex/PEO for benefits.
Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 5 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments.
