Job description
SendCutSend is seeking an experienced HR Site Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations at one of our manufacturing sites. You will partner with site leadership to implement HR strategies, workforce planning, and retention initiatives that align with our growth.
You’ll also collaborate with Corporate HR on employee relations and compliance matters. In this role you will manage onboarding, policy guidance, and leave/absence processes while maintaining confidentiality and a visible HR presence.
