Job description
Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an Onsite Specialist to support a key client partnership in Fremont, CA. The Onsite Specialist will serve as a highly visible, employee-facing resource with a strong focus on employee relations, HR administration, and day-to-day workforce support.
The ideal candidate has hands-on HR experience, including exposure to employee relations, and is comfortable addressing employee concerns while recognizing when matters should be escalated.
