Job description
L3Harris Technologies seeks a dynamic HR Business Partner to serve as the dedicated onsite HR professional for the Space & Mission Systems Salt Lake City site. You will serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders while supporting enterprise-wide HR initiatives.
The role requires independent judgment, strong relationship-building, and experience leading HR processes, with travel to support other sites as needed. This is a full-time onsite position in Salt Lake City, Utah.
