Job description
PulteGroup in Dublin, OH, is seeking an Land Acquisition Manager to identify and acquire land for development, lead market research, and coordinate feasibility studies. You will negotiate terms with sellers, manage entitlements, and oversee due diligence with cross-functional teams.
The role requires a university degree or equivalent experience, strong analytical and Excel skills, and the ability to work onsite five days a week in Dublin and surrounding areas.
