Job description
Yates Construction is seeking a proficient Lift Director for Vernon, TX, to supervise crane, hoisting, and rigging operations onsite. You will manage lift planning, safety briefings, and adherence to OSHA/ASME standards while coordinating with project management and field crews.
Candidates should have 3+ years as a Lift Director or similar role, 10+ years crane experience, NCCCO certification or eligibility, and strong planning skills for complex lifts.
