Job description
Oncology Consultants in Houston, TX is seeking an LVN/LPN Nurse Navigator to serve as a care coordinator and patient advocate across the cancer care continuum. You will educate patients, coordinate referrals, and support transitions of care under physician and RN supervision.
The role requires an LVN license in Texas, BLS, and at least two years of clinical nursing experience with oncology or related fields. Expect 0-25% travel and a full-time onsite schedule with strong teamwork.
