Job description
XKL, LLC is expanding its manufacturing operations in Redmond, WA. The Manufacturing Floor Supervisor will lead the assembly team, drive throughput, and enforce real-time ERP discipline to align physical work with the digital system.
You will coach technicians, implement onboarding, and partner with engineering to improve quality and throughput. The role requires hands-on leadership, a strong background in hardware manufacturing, and a focus on safety, 5S, and Lean principles on a 100% onsite
