Job description
AOI is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as the frontline HR leader for production managers and supervisors as our manufacturing operations scale. This role supports a diverse workforce across office, warehouse, and clean-room environments in Sugar Land, TX, with 11 AM–8 PM CT hours.
The ideal candidate will coach supervisors, drive employee engagement, lead investigations, and partner with legal and compliance to ensure fair outcomes and adherence to policy.
