Job description
Concentra in Louisville, Kentucky, is seeking an Onsite Nurse Practitioner to join our patient care team. You will provide essential medical care in our clinic, oversee patient outcomes, and ensure adherence to medical protocols.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in healthcare, is a graduate of an accredited PA or NP program, and possesses the necessary certifications. We offer a Monday to Friday work schedule with no nights or weekends, plus a 401(k) plan with an employer match.
