Job description
Marathon Health is seeking an experienced nurse to provide direct and indirect care with emphasis on employee health. You will collect histories, perform phlebotomy, administer vaccines, and assist providers during examinations while maintaining HIPAA compliant records.
The role requires an RN license, CPR/BLS, and EMR proficiency, with experience in occupational health being a strong plus. You will liaise with teams to support immunization clinics and wellness programs.
