Job description
Liberty Hospital in Liberty, MO, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) - Palliative Care Specialist to coordinate an interdisciplinary approach to palliative care and to facilitate clinical operations within the program.
This full-time, onsite role runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4 pm, with emphasis on symptom management, education for patients and families, discharge planning, and collaboration with the care team and hospice partners.
