Job description
Genesis HealthCare seeks a People Strategy Partner to strengthen culture and retention within a pod of nursing centers. You will coach leaders, analyze turnover, and implement strategies that keep top talent engaged and valued across sites.
You will work on aligning corporate HR policies with local needs, supporting employee lifecycles from onboarding through advancement, and driving a human-centered approach to workforce stability.
