Job description
Providence Valdez Medical Center in Valdez, AK seeks a Clinical Pharmacist I on a per diem, 0.01 FTE basis, with variable shifts and onsite responsibilities. The role focuses on high-quality pharmaceutical care in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient therapy outcomes and quality of life.
Preferred qualifications include an ASHP PGY1 residency or acute care experience. Alaska Pharmacist License required upon hire along with BLS where applicable.
