Job description
Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Plant Controller for our Medina, NY manufacturing facility. You will act as the CFO of the plant's end-to-end supply chain, reporting to the ISC Finance Director and guiding financial strategy and operations.
You'll manage budgets, close processes, and drive profitability, productivity, and cash flow with a hands-on leadership style and collaboration with operations and cross-functional teams.
