Meijer is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee a Middlebury, IN manufacturing facility producing ready-to-eat products. You will lead a team, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and align operations with cost and service goals.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8–10 years of progressive management in food manufacturing, plus 8–10 years leading teams. Onsite work Monday–Friday with on-call expectations and collaborative leadership.
