nJob Description:
nAt Regions, the Contact Center Priority Banker provides full-service banking to affluent clients through appropriate advice, guidance, and education on Regions' financial products and services.
nPrimary Responsibilities
nnnAchieves Contact Center targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate advice, guidance, and education on Regions' financial products and services
n
nnAchieves required levels of inbound/outbound phone calls from the top 10% of Regions customer base
n
nnEducates and advises customers on products and services, including all loan and deposit types
n
nnTakes ownership of customer issues and works proactively with the customer for resolution
n
nnRefers customers to an internal team of experts when complex financial goals and needs are recognized
n
nnCompletes work with a limited degree of supervision
n
n nThis position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
nThis position is incentive eligible.

nRequirements
nnnHigh School Diploma or GED
n
nnTwo (2) years of experience in customer service, sales, or banking
n
nnAbility to accurately observe stable and scrolling on-screen text and images
n
nnAbility to accurately detect verbal information and communicate verbally using a headset or speaker and microphone
n
nnAbility to operate a keyboard and mouse to type and make on-screen selections
n
nnAbility to work at a computer for extended periods of time
n
n nIf applying for a position that will work from a remote location and not in a Regions facility, the following technical specifications will be required:
nnnDownload speed of at least 50 megabits per second (Mbps). The Internet Service Provider (ISP) should be able to furnish this information

nnUpload speed of at least 5 megabits per second (Mbps). The Internet Service Provider (ISP) should be able to furnish this information

n nPlease note the schedule details for this position:
nOnsite Training Schedule Mandatory:
nMonday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST - Initial training for 5 weeks. Full attendance throughout the training period is required.
nAfter Training Work Schedule:
nMonday-Friday in the office 10:00am - 7:00pm CST (one day off during the week either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) and EVERY Saturday or Sunday 10:00am - 7:00pm CST you will work remotely. Your off day will be based on the needs of the business.

nPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role.
