Job description
The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and a key escalation point for client questions. The role focuses on aligning with the client's business objectives and building a collaborative, high-performing partnership.
You will lead daily recruitment and fulfillment activities, monitor KPIs, and position teams for ongoing success while acting as a Brand Ambassador and driving growth across accounts.
