Job description
The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs in the New York area. You will align with client objectives, drive long-term strategy, and manage daily recruitment activities to achieve KPIs and high client satisfaction.
Responsibilities include growing accounts, maintaining relationships with HR/Operations, and leading recruitment teams to optimize fill rates, time-to-fill, and NPS scores.
