Job description
The Adecco Group in United States is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and escalation point for our Adecco programs. You will align with client objectives and lead daily recruitment activities, KPI tracking, and program evolution.
You will build strong client relationships, manage a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment, and ensure high satisfaction through regular reviews, reporting, and adherence to SLAs and policies.
