Job description
The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and escalation point across our Adecco programs. You will drive the strategic evolution of the client program, oversee daily recruitment activities, and align with client objectives to build a collaborative partnership.
You will manage client relationships, lead recruitment teams, and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met while pricing and selling temporary and permanent placement solutions.
