Job description
The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to act as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and to align with the client’s objectives. You will oversee the strategic evolution of the program and manage daily recruitment activities to meet KPIs and SLAs.
You will build strong relationships with client HR and Operations teams, drive client satisfaction, and position teams for ongoing success through data-driven insights and innovative process improvements.
