Job description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Semiconductor Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Factory Automation to lead a customer-facing onsite delivery program.
Own end-to-end project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks, and customer commitments
Act as the primary onsite customer contact and drive day-to-day delivery governance
Lead requirements workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution alignment, and scope/change management
Coordinate onsite business/engineering stakeholders with offshore technical teams
Drive delivery across design, development, integration, testing, UAT, deployment, hypercare, and transition to support
Manage RAID, dependencies, action items, escalations, and recovery plans
Prepare weekly status reports, dashboards, forecasts, executive summaries, and steering committee updates
Ensure quality, documentation, validation, security, and customer acceptance requirements are met
15+ years of overall experience with significant onsite project management experience
Semiconductor manufacturing / factory automation experience
SECS/GEM and equipment integration
MES architecture and integrations with equipment, host systems, recipe management, scheduling, data collection, SPC, and production systems
Experience managing geographically distributed onsite/offshore teams
Agile / Hybrid project delivery methodologies
Strong stakeholder, customer, risk, and change management experience
JIRA or equivalent project management tools
Experience working directly with semiconductor manufacturing customers
