Job description
BOSCH is seeking an on-site Human Resources Manager to partner with site leadership for a ~200-person warehouse operation. You will translate business priorities into people strategies, driving engagement, capability, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring policy compliance and risk management.
You will lead key HR processes, workforce planning, talent development, and change initiatives, with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
