Job description
Advisor360° is seeking a Senior IT Specialist to provide proactive internal technical support from our Needham, MA headquarters. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and peak productivity.
The role requires five days onsite per week in Needham, MA. You’ll install and configure software/hardware, manage user accounts, and document solutions while training users and supporting teammates.
