Job description
Empower AI, based in Reston, VA, is seeking a Service Desk Shift Supervisor to lead a Tier 0/Tier I desk for a Department of War agency with ~13,000 internal users and numerous industry partners. The role combines people management, coaching, QA, and continuous improvement, reporting to the Senior Service Desk Manager.
This onsite position at Quantico, VA (RKB) requires dedication to ticket closure, KPI delivery, and strong collaboration with knowledge and resolver teams.
