Job description
Quantum Design seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as the primary People & Culture advisor for ~260 employees across multiple functions at our San Diego headquarters. This strategic, hands-on role partners with leaders to drive organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development, while guiding employee relations, performance, and compensation decisions.
