Job description
Agero, Inc. is hiring for an onsite Total Case Specialist in the Kia Consumer Affairs group at our Clarksville, TN center. You will handle inbound calls, provide technical guidance, and work to resolve complex vehicle-related issues with empathy and professionalism.
Must reside within commuting distance of Clarksville and thrive in a hands-on, face-to-face team environment. Training is provided on-site with career development opportunities and a strong focus on customer experience.
