Job description
CarParts.com is seeking a VP of Merchandising to own assortment strategy for Collision Parts (~80,000 SKUs) and oversee Mechanical Parts with a partner model. The role reports to the COO and requires deep SKU-level ownership and cross-functional leadership.
You'll build and lead a team of category managers and analysts, drive data-driven decisions, and partner with Sourcing, Demand Planning, Pricing, and Data Science to optimize performance across channels.
