Job description
Ferguson in Medford, OR is seeking a Branch Manager for the Waterworks branch. The role reports to the Senior Branch Manager and oversees 3 to 6 associates, managing a branch volume of $12–$15MM and ensuring reliable daily operations onsite.
You will lead inventory, shipments, customer service, safety, budgeting, and relationships with customers and vendors, using data to drive decisions and to support growth. This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced distribution environment.
