Job description
ASSA ABLOY Group in Ontario, CA is seeking a General Site Manager or Service Center Manager to lead a regional manufacturing and distribution operation. You will own daily operations, drive profitability, and expand customer relationships while coordinating business development and inside sales.
You will manage P&L, plan capacity, schedule production, and focus on growth, on-time delivery, and service excellence. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach.
