Benefits and Qualifications
$10k sign-on bonus and negotiable relocation assistance
Outpatient behavioral health clinic
Must have Wisconsin license (or be willing to obtain)
Monday through Friday work schedule; 4-day work week option
Must maintain current BLS certification
Must be board certified; addiction fellowship
