nIn this role, you'll engage with vacationing guests, introduce them to the benefits of Westgate Resorts, and qualify families for our resort preview presentations. Through meaningful interactions and exceptional customer service, you'll help guests maximize their vacation experience while creating opportunities to increase your earnings.

n nWhat You’ll Do:
nnEngage guests in a professional and friendly manner to promote Westgate Resorts and invite qualified individuals to attend a 90-minute resort preview presentation.
nEducate guests on available promotional offers and incentives, including attraction tickets, resort stays, and vacation packages.
nQualify prospective guests according to company guidelines while delivering exceptional customer service.
nAccurately process point-of-sale transactions, including cash and credit card payments, while maintaining proper financial controls.
nMaintain a professional appearance and represent the Westgate brand with enthusiasm and integrity.
nStay informed about current promotions, resort offerings, and attraction pricing to effectively communicate value to guests.
nParticipate in off-site marketing events, conventions, and other high-traffic venues as business needs require.
