The Nest at Calesa in Ocala, FL, seeks an Opening General Manager to lead daily operations, guest experience, and financial performance across Cow Bird Kitchen, Faregrounds, events, and facilities.
Reporting to the Managing Director of Hospitality & Restaurants, you will direct restaurant, events, and safety teams, building a culture of ownership, hospitality, and accountability aligned with OTOW standards.
