Flex CDL-A Open Deck Company Drivers
Competitive hourly pay with bonus on top. Earn up to $28/hr, depending on location, plus an additional safety and service bonus for drivers who deliver professional, reliable service.*
A schedule built around your life. This flex position keeps you out 3-4 nights a week, giving you earning consistency without the full-week commitments of OTR.
Close to home. Runs typically stay within a 350-mile radius of the Quad Cities, keeping you on familiar roads and close to your home base.
Night delivery flexibility. Drivers should be comfortable delivering at night on occasion as part of the role.

2+ years tractor-trailer experience
No DUIs in the last 5 years
