Jackson Physician Search is assisting a private cardiothoracic practice in eastern Iowa with the search for a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to support an expanding open-heart program.
The position offers a competitive salary up to $1.2 million for experienced cardiac surgeons, along with a full benefits package and a collaborative team environment. Open to both new graduates and seasoned surgeons, with a 1:3 call rotation and affiliation with a 500+ bed hospital.
