Job description
Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH is seeking an RN Clinical Leader for the Open-Heart Intermediate unit, night shift, full-time. You will lead the unit, coordinate care, supervise staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and maintain quality and efficiency.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS, and a BSN generally preferred with 5 years experience.
